Dr. Toya Garnes is the founder and owner of Ancestral Roots Wellness Center, PLLC, a concierge mobile chiropractic practice that serves Cook, Will, and DuPage counties in Illinois. She earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Life University in 2019. Dr. Garnes also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Olivet Nazarene University, a Master of Health Science degree from Governors State University, and a Master of Science degree in Positive Psychology from Life University.

Dr. Garnes is a Holistic Life and Wellness Coach trained through the International Association of Wellness Professionals. She is also Webster Technique Certified through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. This certification allows her to provide specialized chiropractic care that supports pelvic balance, comfort, and wellness throughout pregnancy. Dr. Garnes is passionate about holistic healing and empowering individuals and families through convenient, patient-centered care.
